  1. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
  2. With a test lamp, probe the heater-A/C control between connector C1 terminal B and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Is the test lamp on?

  1. Place the heater-A/C control in position 1.
  2. With a test lamp, probe the heater-A/C control between connector C1 terminal H and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Is the test lamp on?

Repair the poor connection or open in circuit 41 between heater-A/C control and the fuse block. Refer to Wiring Repairs or Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the auxilliary blower inoperative from both switches?

  1. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
  2. Place the rear window wiper/washer and multi-function switch (auxilliary blower switch) to position 3.
  3. With a test lamp, probe the auxiliary blower motor between terminals B and A. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Is the auxilliary blower inoperative from the rear window wiper/washer and multi-function switch (auxilliary blower switch)?
