Liftgate Wiring Harness Replacement Coupe

Note: Replace or repair the wiring harnesses observing the safety regulations of electrics/electronics.

1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement.
3. Remove the liftgate wiring harness.



4. Overview of liftgate wiring harness

1. Install the liftgate wiring harness.
2. Install the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement.
3. Connect the battery.
4. For reprogramming procedures, refer to Control Module References.

1. Disconnect battery.
2. Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement.
3. Remove the liftgate wiring harness.

Note: Cut through the clips with a suitable tool (flat screwdriver).

5. Disconnect the wiring harness to the left and right of the liftgate window.

Release the 4 clips.

1. Install the liftgate wiring harness.
2. Install the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement.
3. Connect the battery.
4. For reprogramming procedures, refer to Control Module References.
