Hood Hinge Replacement for Saturn Astra 2009

1. Remove the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement.
2. Remove the air inlet screen. Refer to Air Inlet Screen Replacement.



3. Remove the right (I) and left (II) hood hinges.

•	Remove the 3 bolts (1).

•	Remove the 3 bolts (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

1. Install the hood hinge.

Tighten
Tighten the 6 bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

2. Install the air inlet screen. Refer to Air Inlet Screen Replacement.
3. Install the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement.
