Makes 🢒 Saturn 🢒 2009 🢒 Astra 🢒 Seats 🢒 Seat Hardware, Trim, and Upholstery 🢒 Front Seat Head Restraint Bushing Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front seat back covering. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1938687 Size: LF
  2. Remove the active head restraint frame.
    3. • Detach the active head restraint tension spring.
    • Remove the 2 bolts (l).
    • Remove frame from guide (arrows).
  3. Undo the 2 mounting bearings of the active head restraint.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the 2 mounting bearings of the active head restraint.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the active head restraint frame.
    3. • Insert the frame.

    Tighten
    Tighten the 2 bolts to 3.5 N·m (32 lb in).

    • Attach the active head restraint tension spring.
  3. Attach the front seat back covering. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement.
