- Position the stationary
window in the rear door.
- Make sure that the rear window is in the channel of the stationary
window.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the rear
door stationary window bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the rear door stationary window bolt to 10 N·m
(89 lb in).
- Install the rear door stationary window screws.
Tighten
Tighten the rear door stationary window screws to 2 N·m
(18 lb in).
- Slide the rear door window
up from the bottom of the door keeping it in the channels.
- Install the bolts attaching the window to the regulator.
Tighten
Tighten the window to regulator bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
- Check the window movement using the regulator motor.
- Install the door window weatherstrip.
- Install the door outer
belt sealing strip. Refer to

- Install the door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to
Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement
.
- Install the door water deflector. Refer to
Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement
- Install door inner trim panel. Refer to
Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement
.
- Raise the rear door window to the full up position.
