Removal Procedure
  1. Position the window in the full down position.
  2. Remove the rear door inner trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the rear door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  5. Remove the rear door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .

    6. Object Number: 166411 Size: SH
  6. Remove the 2 rear door window to the regulator bolts (1,2).
  7. Set the rear door window in the bottom of the door.
  8. Remove the rear door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement .
  9. Remove the rear door window.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 166411 Size: SH
  1. Position the rear door window in the bottom of the door.
  2. Install the rear door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement .
  3. Slide the window up and install the 2 bolts (1,2) which hold the window to the regulator.

    4. Important: Install the front door window to the front door window regulator bolts, first (1) and then (2).

  4. Install the rear door window to the rear door window regulator bolt.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the rear door window to regulator bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    Important: Ensure that both sealing lips on the outer belt sealing strip are not rolled over and pointing downwards. If this condition is present the rear door window will not raise properly.

  5. Install the rear door window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  6. Install the rear door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  7. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  8. Install the rear door inner trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
