  1. Place the gear selector in the PARK position.
  2. Operate the LH seat switch in each of the following directions:
  3. • Front vertical: UP
    • Front vertical: DOWN
    • Rear vertical: UP
    • Rear vertical: DOWN
    • Forward/back: FORWARD
    • Forward/back: BACK
    • Recline: FORWARD
    • Recline: BACK
    • Headrest: UP
    • Headrest: DOWN

The LH seat moves in the appropriate direction.

    •  Power Seat Inoperative

Press the MEMORY-1 button.

    • A single beep sounds.
    • The following components move to the positions programmed for driver 1:
       - The LH seat
       - The LH lumbar support
       - Both mirrors

Press the MEMORY-2 button.

    • A single beep sounds.
    • The following components move to the positions programmed for driver 2:
       - The LH seat
       - The LH lumbar support
       - Both mirrors

Press the EXIT button.

    • A single beep sounds.
    • The LH seat moves to the exit position programmed for the last driver to perform a memory record or recall function.

Power Seats - Memory Switch Inoperative

  1. Move the following components to the desired position:
  2. • The LH seat
    • The lumbar support
    • Both mirrors
  3. Press and hold the MEMORY-1 button for the appropriate driver for 3 seconds.
  4. Move the following components in all directions to random positions:
  5. • The LH seat lumbar support
    • Both mirrors
  6. Press the MEMORY-1 button.
  1. The seat moves in the appropriate direction.
  2. A single beep sounds. Current positions for the following components are stored in memory:
  3. • The LH seat
    • The LH lumbar support
    • Both mirrors
  4. The seat moves in the appropriate direction.
  5. The following components move to the stored positions:
  6. • The LH seat
    • The LH lumbar support
    • Both mirrors

  1. Apply the parking brake.
  2. Move the gear selector out of the PARK position.
  3. Briefly press the MEMORY-1 switch.

The following components do not move:

    • The seat
    • The mirrors

The seat and mirrors do move Refer to Automatic Transmission Shift Lock Control System Check .

  1. Press the driver-1 keyless entry transmitter UNLOCK button.
  2. Press the driver-2 keyless entry transmitter UNLOCK button.

There are three personalized options for the recall function. Ensure that the following components perform the programmed option:

    • The seats
    • The mirrors
