1. Remove the seatback. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement.
2. Remove the seat trim. Refer to Front Seat Trim Panel Replacement.
3. Remove the seat cushion bolts.
4. Remove the seat track from the seat cushion.

1. Install the cushion onto the seat track.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the seat track to the seat cushion with the seat cushion bolts.

Tighten
Tighten the front seat cushion bolts to 12 N·m (9 lb ft).

3. Install the seat trim. Refer to Front Seat Trim Panel Replacement.
4. Install the seatback. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement.

Front Seat Adjuster Replacement Manual Seat

1. Remove the front bucket seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement.
2. Remove the seat trim. Refer to Front Seat Trim Panel Replacement.
3. Remove the seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement.
4. Remove the front seat cushion to safety restraint bolts (1) and remove the safety restraint (2).
5. Disengage the front SIR loom away from the seat frame.
6. Remove the front seat cushion fasteners (3).



7. Remove the front seat cushion fasteners (1) from the seat track (2) on the opposite side.



8. Remove the seat cushion (1) from the front seat tracks (2).



9. Disengage the front seat adjuster clips (1) from the front seat tracks (2) and dislocate the front seat adjuster pins (3).
10. Remove the front seat adjuster (4) and retention springs (5).

1. Install the front seat adjuster (4) and retention springs (5) onto the front seat tracks (2) engaging the front seat adjuster clips (1).
2. Locate the front seat adjuster pins (3).



3. Install the front seat cushion (1) onto the front seat tracks (2).



4. Install the front seat cushion fasteners (3).

Tighten
Tighten the front seat cushion fasteners to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).





Important: The front seat SIR loom must be correctly routed so as not to be in danger of crushing or damage.

5. Install the safety restraint (2) and the front seat cushion to safety restraint fasteners (1).

Tighten
Tighten the front seat cushion to safety restraint fasteners to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

6. Install the front seat cushion fasteners (3).

Tighten
Tighten the front seat cushion fasteners to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

7. Install the seat back Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement.
8. Install the seat trim. Refer to Front Seat Trim Panel Replacement.
9. Install the front bucket seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement.

Front Seat Adjuster Replacement Power Seat

1. Remove the front bucket seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement.
2. Remove the front seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement.
3. Remove the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement.
4. Remove the lumbar support knob. Refer to Lumbar Support Knob Replacement.
5. Remove the power seat switch module. Refer to Driver Seat Control Module Replacement.
6. Disconnect the power seat adjuster electrical connector (1) from the power seat adjuster motor (2).



7. Remove the slide assembly fasteners (1) the slide assembly screws (2), and the front seat adjuster assembly (3).

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




1. Install the front seat adjuster assembly (3), the slide assembly screws (2) and the slide assembly fasteners (1).

Tighten

•	Tighten the slide assembly fasteners to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

•	Tighten the slide assembly screws to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

2. Install the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement.
3. Install the front seat back. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement.



4. Connect the power seat adjuster electrical connector (1) to the power seat adjuster motor (2).
5. Install the power seat switch module. Refer to Driver Seat Control Module Replacement.
6. Install the lumbar support knob. Refer to Lumbar Support Knob Replacement.
7. Install the front bucket seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement.
