Removal Procedure
  1. Lower the front door window.
  2. Remove the inner trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .
  5. Remove the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  6. Remove the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .

    7. Object Number: 164410 Size: SH
  7. Pull the window weatherstrip from the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 164410 Size: SH

    Important: Lubricate the vertical window channels with the soap and the water.

  1. Install the window weatherstrip, start in the rear corner and position the weatherstrip in both directions.

    2. Press the window weatherstrip into the vertical window channel until the window weatherstrip is fully seated.

  2. Raise the window to ensure the window is positioned properly in the front door window weatherstrip.
  3. Install the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  4. Install the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  5. Install the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Power Mirror Replacement .
  6. Install the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  7. Install the inner trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
