Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement or Remote Mirror Replacement .
  3. Remove the front door water reflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the front door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  5. Remove the front door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .

    6. Object Number: 276354 Size: SH
  6. Remove the window channel bolts (2, 4) from the window run channel (1).
  7. Remove the front door window run channel (1) from the door pulling it from the window frame.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 276354 Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  1. Install the window run channel bolts (2, 4) to the window run channel (1).

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the window run channel bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  2. Install the front door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  3. Install the front door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  4. Install the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  5. Install the outside rearview mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement or Remote Mirror Replacement .
  6. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
