Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement
  2. Remove the rear side door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Remove the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Inner Belt Sealing Strip Replacement
  4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement

    5. Object Number: 295200 Size: SH
  5. Remove the rivets (3).
  6. Remove the window (1) from the regulator clip (4).
  7. Remove the screw from the window weatherstrip channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  8. Remove the window.
  9. Remove the clip insulators (5), as needed.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 295200 Size: SH
  1. Install the sash insulators (5), as needed to the bottom edge of the rear side door window.

    2. Snap in the insulators in order to secure the insulators.

  2. Position the window (1) between the inner and the outer panels.
  3. Point the lower front corner of the window down.
  4. Pass the window through the belt opening.

    5. Align the edges with the door window channel.

  5. Turn the window to a horizontal position.

    6. Align the holes in the window with the holes in the regulator sash.

  6. Install the rivets (3).
  7. Install the screws on the window weatherstrip channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  8. Install the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement
  9. Install the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Inner Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  10. Install the rear side door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  11. Install the trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
