Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Remove the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Inner Belt Sealing Strip Replacement
  4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  5. Remove the window (1) from the regulator.
  6. Remove the window.
  7. Remove the window weatherstrip bolts. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement

    8. Object Number: 294495 Size: SH
  8. Remove the rivets (5).
  9. Remove the clip insulators (2), as needed.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 294495 Size: SH
  1. Install the clip insulators (2) to the bottom edge of the window.

    2. Snap the insulators in order to secure the insulators.

  2. Position the window (1) between the inner and the outer panels.
  3. Point the lower front corner of the window down.
  4. Pass the window through the belt opening.

    5. Aligning the edges with the door window channel.

  5. Turn the window to the horizontal position.

    6. Align the holes in the window with the holes in the regulator clip.

  6. Install the rivets (5).
  7. Install the window weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  8. Install the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  9. Install the inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Inner Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  10. Install the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  11. Install the trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
