Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 1997 🢒 S/T Isuzu - 2WD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.3L 🢒 Valve Lifter Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the valve rocker arm cover. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement .
  2. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
  3. Remove the pushrods. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 4577 Size: SH
  4. Remove the valve lifter retainer bolts and the retainer.

    5. Object Number: 4578 Size: SH
  5. Remove the valve lifters.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 4578 Size: SH

    Important: Coat the new valve lifter with clean engine oil.

  1. Install the valve lifters.

    2. Object Number: 4577 Size: SH
  2. Install the retainer.
  3. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
  4. Install the pushrod and valve rocker arm. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Replacement .
  5. Install the valve rocker arm cover. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement .
