Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 772938 Size: SH
  1. Lower the window.
  2. Remove the side front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the inside door handle. Refer to Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  5. Remove the outside door handle. Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement .
  6. Remove the lock cylinder. Refer to Door Lock Cylinder Replacement .
  7. Remove the rear view mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement .
  8. Remove the front door window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
  9. Remove the window regulator. Refer to Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .
  10. Remove the window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  11. Remove the front door window channel, front side rear. Refer to Front Side Door Window Rear Channel Replacement .
  12. Remove the front door window channel and weatherstrip. Refer to Door Window Channel Replacement .
  13. Remove the lock assembly. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Replacement .
  14. Remove the front door from the vehicle. Refer to Door Removal - Front .

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the side front door to the vehicle. Refer to Door Removal - Front .
  2. Install the lock assembly. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Replacement .
  3. Install the front door window channel and weatherstrip. Refer to Door Window Channel Replacement .
  4. Install the front door window channel, front side rear. Refer to Front Side Door Window Rear Channel Replacement .
  5. Install the window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  6. Install the window regulator. Refer to Front Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .
  7. Install the front door window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
  8. Install the rear view mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Replacement .
  9. Install the inside door handle. Refer to Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  10. Install the outside door handle. Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement .
  11. Install the lock cylinder. Refer to Door Lock Cylinder Replacement .
  12. Install the water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  13. Install the side front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  14. Raise the window.
  15. Carefully close the door. Inspect the door for proper alignment.
