Check the clutch pedal in order to ensure that it is properly lubricated. Does the clutch pedal need lubricating?

Inspect the clutch fork assembly for misalignment.

Inspect the pressure plate assembly release fingers for binding.

Free up the pressure plate release fingers and lubricate. Refer to Clutch Pressure and Driven Plate Replacement .

Check the clutch release bearing assembly sleeve for binding on the transmission bearing retainer.

Free up and lubricate the clutch release bearing assembly sleeve. Refer to Release Bearing Replacement .

Inspect the clutch master cylinder for binding.
