Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear door inner trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear door inner sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  4. Remove the rear door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement .
  5. Remove the rear door frame molding. Refer to Rear Door Frame Applique Replacement .
  6. Remove the rear door window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  7. Remove the rear door outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Rod Adjustment - Rear Outside .
  8. Remove the rear door inside door handle. Refer to Rear Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  9. Remove the armrest bracket.
  10. Remove the rear door lock. Refer to Rear Door Lock Replacement .
  11. Remove the rear door window weather-strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  12. Remove the rear door window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .

  13. Remove the rear door wiring harness.
  14. Remove the rear door body side molding. Refer to Body Side Molding Replacement .
  15. Remove the rear door. Refer to Rear Side Door Removal .

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the rear door. Refer to Rear Side Door Removal .

    2. Object Number: 312075 Size: SH
  2. Install the wiring harness.
  3. Install the rear door window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .
  4. Install the rear door window weather-strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  5. Install the rear door lock. Refer to Rear Door Lock Replacement .
  6. Install the arm rest bracket.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the arm rest bracket screws to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  7. Install the rear door inside door handle. Refer to Rear Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  8. Install the rear door outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Rod Adjustment - Rear Outside .
  9. Install the rear door window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  10. Install the rear door frame molding. Refer to Rear Door Frame Applique Replacement .
  11. Install the rear door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement .
  12. Install the rear door inner sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  13. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  14. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  15. Adjust the rear door. Refer to Door Adjustment .
  16. Install the rear door body side molding. Refer to Body Side Molding Replacement .
