Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Remove the window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Inner Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  4. Remove the window. Refer to Door Window Replacement .
  5. Remove the window guide. Refer to Door Window Guide Replacement .
  6. Remove the module assembly (3). Refer to Door Latch Replacement .
  7. Remove the outside door handle. Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement .
  8. Remove the window run channel. Refer to Door Window Channel Replacement .
  9. Remove the outside rear view mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Motor Replacement .
  10. Remove the window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  11. Remove the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  12. Remove the door bottom sealing strip. Refer to Door Bottom Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement .
  13. Remove the door.
  14. Remove the door hinges. Refer to Door Hinge Replacement .

  15. Remove the wiring harness clips from the inner door panel.

    16. Object Number: 657503 Size: SH
  16. Remove the rubber conduit and the wiring harness (1) from the door (2).
  17. Remove all the plastic nuts and retainers from the door shell.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 657503 Size: SH
  1. Install all the retainers into the door shell that were removed during disassembly.
  2. Install the door wiring harness clips to the inner door panel.
  3. Route the wiring harness and the conduit (1) into the door (2).

  4. Install the door hinges. Refer to Door Hinge Replacement .
  5. Install the door.
  6. Install the door bottom sealing strip. Refer to Door Bottom Auxiliary Sealing Strip Replacement .
  7. Install the front door window weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  8. Install the window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Outer Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  9. Install the outside rear view mirror. Refer to Outside Rearview Mirror Motor Replacement .
  10. Install the window run channel. Refer to Door Window Channel Replacement .
  11. Install the outside door handle. Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement .
  12. Install the module assembly (3). Refer to Door Latch Replacement .
  13. Install the window guide. Refer to Door Window Guide Replacement .
  14. Install the window. Refer to Door Window Replacement .
  15. Install the window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Inner Belt Sealing Strip Replacement .
  16. Install the water deflector. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  17. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  18. Check the door for proper adjustment. Refer to Door Adjustment .
  19. Adjust the lock striker if needed. Refer to Door Lock Striker Adjustment .
